Here are some of our products available for maintaining your horses health safely and naturally.
Heal with Ease Horse worming remedy helps and assists the body to naturally expel the worms while creating a stronger immune system.
Symptoms of worms in horses include:
- General lack of health
- Dull hair
- Coat that doesn’t shed
- Weight loss
- Poor hoof condition
- Frequent colic
- Cough or nasal discharge
Horses with low immune systems from frequent medications, surgery, illness or constant chemical exposure will generally have a weakened immune system which makes them more susceptible to parasites like worms, ticks, buffalo flies, etc.
Like many of our remedies it is vital to have this remedy on hand to use at the first signs of colic. Common signs of colic are rolling, pawing, sweating, raising the upper lip, looking at the flank, uncomfortable and lying down.
It is important that any person who owns or works with horses be able to recognise the signs of colic and determine whether or not a veterinarian should be called.
Colic is a life threatening condition and in most situations it is wise to call your vet out. While you are awaiting your vet and/or at the first signs of colic you can use our Heal with Ease Horse Colic Remedy to assist with the inflammation and bloating. Our clients use this remedy with great results, which means that surgical intervention is often avoided.
This remedy is a great tool to treat eye irritations and abscesses in horses. Grass seeds, dust, hay or straw are common irritants for performance horses and work horses and without relief it can affect your horse in the short and long term. In a small number of untreated cases, ulceration may progress to abscess formation, with possible rupture of the cornea and permanent blindness. After recovery about 2% of affected eyes have a residual white scar on the cornea.
As with all our remedies the Eye Abscess Assist is a safe, natural option for horses. Save yourself time, money and your animals health and purchase today.
Rainscald (also known as dermatophilosis or rain rot) is a common skin disease in horses that is caused by Dermatophilus congolensis. This is the same organism that causes Mud fever in horses.
Horses are usually affected on the back, head, and neck, where insects commonly bite. The legs are commonly infected if the horse is kept in moist footing. Initially, the horse will display a matted coat and bumps which will then progress to crusty scabs and lesions. The animal may also be itchy and display signs of discomfort.
This remedy will support the skin to heal.
The Performance Anxiety remedy is great to help with fear of future events – competition, major life changes, crowds, dentist, etc.
This remedy will reduce anxiety while keeping the mind clear.
Because each individual has a unique chemical make up, the type, number, intensity, and frequency of anxiety symptoms will vary. For example, someone may have just one mild anxiety symptom, whereas another may have all anxiety symptoms and to great severity.
This Fertility Remedy works in a way to help ‘reset’ the reproductive system. It’s important to know that the remedy won’t bring a mare in season to order. It’s not like western medicine that manipulates the system to serve the person. It resets everything to give the best chance of reproduction.
Many of our clients have used this remedy with great success.
The process is as simple as putting 2-3 drops/1 spray of the remedy on the nose or in the mouth of the mare initially and then repeat when she cycles. It sometimes takes 2 cycles before the body is ready for pregnancy.
This remedy can be used on any animals – horses, sheep, cattle, etc.
Weaning is the process of gradually introducing a mammal infant to what will be its adult diet and withdrawing the supply of its mother’s milk. Weaning of foals and supporting mares after weaning are vital for the emotional health of both.
Best results are achieved by separating both mare and foal for a period of time to allow them to feel this emotional stress/grief state. Give one dose at this point and then again the following day.
